Cricket has been the most admired and loved sport of India. The cricket game has become a national form of entertainment for the masses. Many youngsters who know the basics of this game want to represent their country at least once in their life.
To fulfill the dreams of the youth, Learning Cricket Academy has been opened in Khagaria, it is running in Koshi College Campus, the headquarters of Khagaria. Khagaria district is surrounded by seven rivers namely Ganga, Kamla Balan, Koshi, Budhi Gandak, Karha, Kali Koshi and Bagmati.
From here, the youth had to go out of the village for cricket practice, in which only a few of our children were able to go out, due to which many of our talented players were deprived of showing their talent.
To solve the problem of youth, senior player of Khagaria, Karamveer Kumar started learning cricket academy in Koshi College Khagaria in 2012, which was inaugurated by Sadanand Prasad, former senior player of Khagaria District and Secretary of Khagaria District Cricket Association.
Today, coming out of many villages and blocks of Khagaria district, children are showing their sportsmanship in various aspects of the district and the state. Khagaria's first player Sarvesh Kumar Tiwari was selected in Vinumankad Trophy organized under the auspices of BCCI, while Vishalakshi made her place in the women's Bihar team from junior to senior and Vishwapriya Bihar under 16 team and Harshit Anand made his mark in Vijay Merchant, Vinumankad Trophy and Cooch Bihar trophy. are showing.
Same Vishwajit Pinchu Gopala Under 23 Bihar team got it. Aman Kumar has represented Bihar team in school sports competition in Under 19 and Kunal Kumar & Aman Kumar have also played in Under 14/17 Bihar team.
