1. I undertake that the information furnished by me above is true and correct. I have not concealed anything from the KPL/LCA in respect of the information provided above.

2. I am willing to play or participate only in cricket matches or tournaments authorized by the DCA/BCA/BCCI or its affiliated members, either in India or abroad.

3. I shall not act in any manner that brings disrepute to the game of cricket and/or KPL/LCA/DCA.

4. I will be familiar with and abide by the rules and regulations made by the KPL/LCA/DCA/BCA/BCCI and the rules governing the conduct and registration of tournaments.

5. I understand that if I join BCCI or KPL, and I violate the BCCI rules and regulations, I will be liable for punitive action, as decided by the BCCI and/or the State Association from time to time.

6. I acknowledge that the registration for the tournament will commence on 22/08/2024. The last date for online registration is 12/09/2024, and the deadline to pay the registration fee is 15/09/2024. I also understand that the tournament is open to boys with a minimum age of 10 years and a maximum age of 13 years.

7. I further acknowledge that the registration fee for the tournament is ₹1000, which is to be paid after filling out the form. Payment should be made via UPI to 8863049255@axl (Karamvir Kumar). I will send a screenshot of the payment to +91 6207 109 639. I understand that my registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment screenshot.
